To change your email in the mobile app:
- Go to the "More" page (the button with the 3 lines icon), and click the "Edit" icon on top of the page
- Click on the Email field
- Enter your new email
- Click Update
- Select whether you would like to receive a verification code via text message or email
- The app will only give you the option to select a phone number or email on the account
- Enter the verification pin
- Select Verify
To change your email in the web version:
- Click your name at the top right of the home screen
- Select 'my profile'
- Locate the email field and enter your new email
- Make sure that you select a language (English or Spanish) at the bottom of the page
- Select to receive notifications by Text/SMS or email
- Click/Tap update profile
Please note: The new email will be used as your new login email.
