Steps to Reset Your Tapcheck Password
If you’re not receiving a password reset link, please review the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
- ⏳ Wait a Few Minutes - Sometimes the emails are delayed. Give it a couple of minutes for the password reset link to arrive.
- 📶 Check Your Connection - Ensure your device has a strong cell signal or stable Wi-Fi connection. Poor connectivity may delay or block delivery.
- 📥 Check Your Junk Email - Make sure to check your spam or junk mail folders for the email.
- 🔁 Resend the Link - Go to the login page on your mobile app or browser and select Forgot your password? Reset here.
